  • There are certain services we don’t provide or just provide in another format, such as:

    (1) Website Design — that’s 100% a separate project! Check out our Website Design page to learn more.

    (2) Phone, Reception & Livechat Support — we don’t provide these services but other service providers do such as: Ruby Reception & Virtually Cathy.

    (3) In-Person Support — our work is 100% virtual and we are located (likely!) far apart.

  • As a first-time Consistent Support client, you must begin with one of the 3 packages (3 hours, 5 hours, or 10 hours a week). After 3 months (the typical time it takes to get used to each other and get a groove on), we can look at upping hours accordingly and as our schedule allows.

  • 100% get it. While we don’t do trial periods for our services, all we ask for is a 2-weeks notice before terminating our working relationship.

    Since the beginning, we have had a 99% success rate in Consistent Support Package clients STICKING around for the long haul!

    Once we take a look at your form, we will send over a scheduling link to get a date and time on the calendar to chat about your business needs.

    After the call, we will create a proposal with a suggested package and start date. Then, we will sign a contract + get to work — yahoo!
